Very knowledgeable. They were able to bring our look together and manage or website, ads, and images. Our past ad agency charged outrageous amounts for, what seemed like, ordinary looking stuff. Benchmark changed that with better stuff at a better price

How long have you been in business?
We have been owned, operated, and based in Anaheim for over 39 years.
What is your primary product or service?
We do quite a few creative services. These entail: still photography; designing and producing ads, brochures, and mailers; website construction; video production for trade, shows web or other uses.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I began the business by being interested in photography, then film making. Once I started the business I immediately moved into the commercial photography field. I saw the need for doing the graphic design and art for clients and began to supply that. It is hard to believe, but that was done on boards and the typesetting mounted with wax.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Most business are either limited to one aspect (photography, artwork), say they do it all, but job it out, or are advertising agencies, which are mainly sales organizations that many times use us for the actual work. We do the work and have the knowledge and experience to what you need and how to do it. You pay for what you want done, not a "campaign;" although we can do those.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location. We will not expand. The people that are in our organization have multiple skills and years of experience. Creative and technical talents are best kept in a small group to concentrate its effectiveness for the client.

From the junction of the 91 and 57 freeways, take the 57 freeway North to the first exit (Orangethorpe), at the offramp, take a right (East) to Kraemer, then go right (South), to the first street, La Jolla and turn right (West), to the first right, Hundley and turn right. at end 1442
