We recommend cleaning the bulk of the problem and or use white terry cloth to blot up the liquid and call a service professional before attempting to clean it your self. Most carpet have a protective coating and harsh/strong solutions can strip the fiber and void your warranty and cause the stain to be permanent.

What is your primary product or service?
Tile & Grout Cleaning. General maintenance is the key. If you use a swiffer Sweeper, a good floor vac or broom and dust pan. Then the cleaning will be much easier for you to do on a regular basis. However if you neglect your floors, the dirt, grim and debris gets embedded into the little crevices, irregularities on the tile/stone surface making it almost impossible to clean it yourself.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was interested in Home services for many years. Helping people is what i love to do. I was a home interior/exterior painter for many years, and looked into other industries where i could help homeowners/business owners maintain the appeal to there houses/businesses. Im also an active real estate agent.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We Have very knowledgeable technicians, office who will ready willing and able to assist you with any and all your questions.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1 location and we like it that way. So we can focus on 1 satisfied customer at a time. If your not satisfied in any way, please don't hesitate to call us. We are more than eager please and make sure that you are satisfied. We will make it right.

Richard Mortimer is Owner and operator for our company. He handle the day to day business if not he is out cleaning, or on the phones speaking with customer and scheduling their services.

Monday thru Saturdays 8am-5pm Sunday requests would be taken on case by case situation(emergencies/businesses that can only be done when no patrons are about).
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That they are satisfied with our staff, technicians and would refer us to there family and friends. This is because the technicians are really the ones that take special care with our clients. They treat each of our clients with respect, they know the value of a satisfied client. That each one deserves our undivided attention to there concerns and questions.
