How long have you been in business?
Business Miser has been in business since 2008, I have been in business prior to 2008 while working with other technicians in the field since 1983, but this is my sole operation that I run as Sole Proprietor, however I have found some very good technicians that love the job as much as I do. Great team that we will be expanding on as the need arises.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is Managed Services for Businesses, we have now just launch a two new service programs for consumers. Whereas we are offer a full featured Home Managed Service program (s) Standard level i.e. (a) RMM - remote monitor and management, (b) operating system updates, patches, driver updates, routine maintenance and newly released is Professional level i.e. all the features of the above Standard addition with the addition of Cyber Security, Firewall enhancement, advance Malware and Virus protection - Vtech solution are one of the strongest and best solutions being offered in the industry today, as additional technologies are developed we will be furthering developing our service product line.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Maybe a boring story, but I have always been fascinated by computers since my first AP class in 1976 and at the very start of consumer computer age of the 80's to current today system.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We differentiate with other providers, as we provide a total solution - while we provide service that is requested or needed by the our clients we also look at all performance indexes, our technicians including myself are evaluating your entire system, every patch or even a outdated device driver can and does degrade your system performances, which all puts your data at risk through system drive failures.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently only have one location, but we are mostly in the field all day and can be anywhere in our territory radius usually within a 4 hour guarantee or less. We do have plans of adding three more sites which will be in Orange, Los Angeles and Santa Monica thereby minimizing our response time to our clients. Please don't forget almost all service requests can be enabled and handled by our RMM service engineers within minutes of most situations that can occur
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all types of payments including most major credit cards, checks, money orders, and we do offer leasing on equipment purchase with and without soft charges if additional network equipment is or would be needed.
Which areas do you service?
We service all of Inland Empire, San Bernardino, Riverside and Orange county currently, later we will be expanding to Los Angeles county within 2018
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The owner and operator of Business Miser is Bruce Beck a working owner that loves what he does for his clients, no matter the size or the task - the most important common denominator is providing the best solution for the lowest price available.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open actually 24x7 for our Managed Service program and for onsite services from 8AM to 8PM Mondays through Friday - 10AM to 4PM on Saturday under normal conditions - however we offer emergency service calls whenever the need arises.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment is word of mouth, if our customers trust enough to work on their systems and network and feel good enough to give us a good rating and inform others that ask them, they offer our information to others for their IT services, does not get any better.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
"Do onto others, as you would have them do upon you". Couldn't be a better choice in verses as when you try your hardest to provide a service, and good will to another in good faith.
