How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Rescued Ginger 3 years ago and found giving her a bath was the pits having to bend over. Discovered Costa Mesa did not have this type of service and decided it would be a great service to offer our neighbors in Costa Mesa and opened the first Self Serve Dog Wash here.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Spent a year going to Dog Washes/Grooming shops up and down California washing Ginger. Noted what made it enjoyable and the experience as easy as possible and what shops were not so enjoyable. Discovered some dog washes chose to save money by using regular bath tubs and raising them up verses investing in professional dog grooming tubs. Not only was it easier to wash Ginger, we noticed several safety details that were built into the design of pro groom tubs. We are "selling" an easier way to wash your dog, using professional grooming tubs sets above and beyond other dog washes, and we show the steps to do it safely.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location so far, but very franchisable!

From the Costa Mesa Bark Park: left on Arlington, Left on Fairview go down Fairview and turn into the center before Wilson. We are on the corner of Wilson and Fairview in the same center as the 24HR Subway.

We serve Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Irvine, Balboa, Corona Del Mar, Tustin, Santa Ana, and even Orange!
What are your hours of operation?
Thursday to Monday 10am to 6pm No appointment needed for self serve. We take last self serve 30 min before we close at 6pm. If you need more than 30 min. please arrive earlier.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We hear "WOW, that was easy." or "I won't ever wash my dog at home again." always makes us happy because that is the #1 reason we started this.
