How long have you been in business?
I have been in real estate for almost 20 years. I grew up here in Orange and came back in 2012 with our brokerage. Over the last few years we recognized a few market segments that would continue our passion for the industry. Our division of My Orange Home was born.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary focus is on marketing and selling community homes in Orange California specifically. We love the city, we admire the vast array of property styles and communities that are here.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Real estate? I am an analytical and enjoy systems. I started in providing valuation of real estate, then moved into the lending industry where i was a top producer for years. Then also was in in management before opening my own brokerage. I have a vast resume of owning and operating businesses within the auto repair industry and furniture industry.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Passion and experience. I really enjoy helping others get where they want to go. Even though i have closed hundreds of transactions, each one has it's own special set of circumstances which keeps the work stimulating. The best part, is sharing and marketing our great city of Orange...
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
In real estate, locations are not necessarily the key to growth. It is having a talented team all working together so that we can provide a high level of customer service for both sellers and buyers. Adding to our team over time would be our expansion.

Our office is at the corner of Wanda and Katella. However, we are out in the communities we serve nearly everyday.
