How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Started shooting, hunting, etc... about 1970. 10 years of experience as a medic netted me a great deal knowledge regarding wound channels and terminal ballistics. Having worked in the retail end of the firearms industry since 1999, I have always been the go-to reloading guy.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The idea here is to be a full service reloading center that can take a novice with no experience and work with him/her to become a master reloader. We will set you up with the appropriate equipment based upon your shooting needs. We can build you a custom reloading bench, set up all your equipment at your location and show you step by step how to use it.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
For now, there is one location. 1739 So. Douglas Rd. Ste E Anaheim, CA 92806 There is a showroom/demonstration area with a warehouse in the back.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Reload is one block South of the Honda Center (The Pond) on Douglas Rd. Directly across the street from the new train station. In fact, the cross walk for that huge parking lot places you conveniently in front of the building.
What type of payments do you accept?
We like real money. CASH. We sell at a lower price than you find in retail stores and one of the way's we keep costs down is not incurring credit card fees. Those savings are passed on to you.
Which areas do you service?
Generally, we serve about a 10 mile radius from our location. We will travel farther however.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
My name is Brian, I'm the nut's and bolt's operations guy that runs the show and owns the business.
What are your hours of operation?
We have posted hours but, the reality is, I am available just about any time someone needs me.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Repeat business based upon successful outcomes. (trust)
