Our Strong Relationships with an Extensive Range of Financial Institutions Give Us the Leverage to Provide Our Clients with the Most Competitive Rates and Terms Available as Well as a Fast and Efficient Loan Completion. How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Mark established Charter Capital in 1994 and is the Principal for all of the company's business development & relationship management. Mark has developed an unparalleled reputation over his career having built mortgage companies from the ground up, and consulted owners on property finance across the US for the past 30-plus years. Mark started his career in the industry having founded Landmark Mortgage Corporation which he grew from himself and a partner to over 230 employees with 11 branches across 3 states, placing it in the top three privately held mortgage companies in Southern California before it was sold. He went on to establish West Coast offices for a prominent regional bank before starting Charter West Mortgage which he grew to 3 branches before being sold. He started CCG soon afterwards to focus on his passion and specialty in commercial mortgage banking.
