How long have you been in business?
I've been an attorney since 2011, but Norton Law Corporation has been in business since 2014.
What is your primary product or service?
We offer legal services specifically tailored for the needs of entrepreneurs and their businesses.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer most of our services on a flat fee basis instead of the traditional hourly billing, so we can generally tell our clients up front exactly what any particular legal service will cost. For our startup clients who are trying to get their businesses up and running on very tight budgets, we offer deferred billing plans so our clients are only responsible for paying very small amounts until they bring in a predetermined amount of revenue or a liquidity event. We also work to maintain a fully modern, practically paperless, law office that takes advantage of cloud computing, digital invoicing, etc. Finally, several of our services are available to purchase directly online—something practically unheard of in the legal industry.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location with no plans to expand.

Our office is located in the triangle between the 5, 55, and 22 freeways on the border of Tustin and Santa Ana.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all credit cards, personal and cashier's checks, money orders, and cash.

Norton Law Corporation is owned and run by attorney Eric Norton.
