How long have you been in business?
We have been in business in Santa Ana for over 15 years. Our owner, Lorenzo Jackson, has had a passion for food from a very young age. Lorenzo graduated from the Art Institute with a degree in Culinary Arts. He has traveled all over the world to get first-hand experience in different types of cultural cuisine. He studied with top professionals in Thailand, Peru and Italy. He has worked as a chef at a world renowned hotel, as well as various other catering and event planning companies. Nancy, our Operations Manager has been working in the Catering Industry for 21 years. Her passion for events makes her an excellent resource for planning.
What is your primary product or service?
We sell great food and events to our clients.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My name is Nancy Lew and I am the Operations Manager. I have been in the Catering industry since 1997. By working for various companies along the way, I've experienced many different styles of catering, which has allowed me to create and adapt my own style.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We like to create custom menus to meet our clients needs and wants
Provide detailed directions to your location
Exit 55 freeway south at Dyer West turn right, go past Warner & we are the 3rd driveway on the right
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
We serve all of Southern California.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Lorenzo Jackson owns Gourmet Caterers and is our chef. Nancy Lew assists with our daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
We work events any hours necessary but our office hours are 9 -5 pm.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment we can get from a client is that the event we provided far exceeded their expectations. We out did ourselves.
