Our new tenants can use our Free Move In Truck & Driver (and we pay for the GAS). We also accept business deliveries (exceptions do apply -see Manger for Details). We also offer discounted pricing on Moving Supplies & Boxes (up to 30% off of Retail Pricing) that can be delivered directly to your home or business (no delivery charge - typically next day service). We are located just 1 1/2 miles inland, off of the 5 Freeway & Pico off ramp, just up the street from Wal-Mart. Our storage facility has Ocean & Golf Course Views.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
First I was a tenant, then I wanted to purchase and operate a storage faciliity... which I did in 2002.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Besides our property being in a beautiful safe area of San Clemente, we are the ONLY self storage facility in San Clemente that offers our new tenants the Free use of our Move In Truck & Driver (and we pay for the GAS), discounted moving supplies & boxes (up to 30% off of retail prices) that can be delivered (next day service)directly to your home or business (no freight charge). Additionally, we pride our selves on the FACT that we have one of the Cleanest Self Storage Facilities in Orange County.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
As many as I can find, self storage facilities are difficult to buy.

We are located 1 1/2 miles inland, off of the 5 Freeway & Pico off ramp, just up the street from Wal-Mart.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
San Clemente Self Storage, LLC is the owner. Steve Gardner is our General Manager, and he is responsible for managing the day to day operations (he has been with us since July, 2002.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Sunday - Closed. Access to your storage unit is available 7 days a week,via electronic key pad entry system.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That we have a beautiful property, that is very clean, we were able to deliver you a storage unit at a very competive price, and helped make your moving experience a positive one!
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
