What is your primary product or service?
Computer Service and Support. Our certified technicians both Windows and Apple computers, servers, networks and support for end users.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Bryan has been working with computers since he was a young boy with his father and his interest grew from there. I met Bryan and was introduced into the industry as his assistant. After attending Computer Learning Center I worked for a college running the IT department for 6 years. Bryan worked for the same college and serviced local businesses. After several years working together Bryan and I decided to form Masra Tech to provide reliable and affordable service to the small businesses in our area.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We specialize in small businesses and non-profits. Our understanding of the specific needs of these business has allowed us to provide flexible, customizable and affordable solutions to our clients. All of our technicians are regularly trained and hold multiple certifications in the field.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one main office, our technicians work remotely on the internet or on-site with clients.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
There are two Partners, Kira Edenhofer (daily operations) and Bryan Broussard (Head Technician).
What are your hours of operation?
Our basic hours are 7am - 6pm Monday - Friday. We do provide some after-hours and weekend service by appointment.
