How long have you been in business?
I have been building websites and designing for businesses in Orange County for over 14 years.
What is your primary product or service?
We mostly specialize in custom website design and logos, but are well versed in all of the services we provide; silkscreen, embroidery, signs & banners, full color print work.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started in the internet marketing division of a large financial firm where I learned to reach the correct target market with my work. A friend offered to help me start as a freelance and the rest is history!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I believe firmly in researching each client's industry before diving into the work. Proper website design not only gives the information but displays it in a manner that resonantes with every potential customer.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are a home based business but have worked with clients across the globe. We like the small "mom and pop" type feel and though we may expand we consider to be more of a boutique style design firm.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all credit cards through Paypal as well as cash, checks and money orders.
Which areas do you service?
We service Orange County, CA, as well as the rest of the world. We do not turn down work due to geographic location.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I handle most of the daily operations with my wife handling much of the content and social media aspects of the business.
What are your hours of operation?
9am-5pm PST Monday through Friday.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
A referral or repeat business.
