Guardian Mini-Storage is conveniently locatedoff the 91 Freeway on Orangethorpe Ave. betweenState College Blvd. & Raymond and Lemon St. *Guardian Mini-Storage has THE LOWEST prices in town.* Compare our rates with any in Orange County and we challenge you to find a mini storage with more competitive rates.-~-Guardian Mini-Storage has a full complement of varying security features to aid in the safe-keeping of your goods. The property as a whole is fully alarmed to detect any unwanted presence on the premises. More than that, each individual unit is also alarmed. The property is video monitored by cameras that have placed at different locations throughout the yard. Finally, Guardian Mini Storage features on-site management to ensure personal monitoring of the property.-~-Padlocks and disklocks, along with flashlights, are sold in the Office! Packing, Moving, & Storage Supplies will be available for purchase soon!-~-All facilities in the Yard are open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. (major holidays excluded, however). All buildings exterior of the Yard are accessible from 4:30 a.m. until 11 p.m., seven days a week. -~-Units in the yard are marked down relative to units in exterior buildings. Units upstairs in the Yard buildings are marked down even further. N.B., we do not have an elevator for the upstairs units. However, we do have a forklift which we will operate for you in taking in and out your articles at move-in and move-out, and on occasions in between if large articles need to be placed in or taken out. Advanced notice is requested for forklift service.-~-To ensure that access to each individual unit is limited to lessee, each tenant provides his/her own lock for the unit. Any pad or disk lock will do, although locks are available for purchase in the Office.-~-Guardian Mini-Storage carries with it many years of mini-storage provision and service. We have been around since 1987, all under the same ownership. The current on-site manager has been employed for nearly a decade, and our weekend office manager has been employed for several years at Guardian Mini Storage.-~-Please note that Guardian Mini-Storage's sister company, Executive R.V. Center, offers storage for R.V.'s, boats, automobiles, motorcycles, ATV's, trailers, cars, trucks, buses, et cetera, indoor & outdoor. R.V. waste disposal and propane are also available.
