How long have you been in business?
Plan Ahead Events has 15 years of event management experience. This is a newly opened location in Orange County, working with an international network of event managers.
What is your primary product or service?
Company/corporate meeting and event management services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My previous career was in IT consulting and software sales for a worldwide fortune 500 company. I became an event management professional, and started my own business after experiencing first hand the terrific ROI of the many customer and internal corporate events that I was involved in. They can and should also be fun!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have an international network of event managers that I can pull ideas and experiences from. The Plan Ahead Events brand also gives me maximum vendor negotiation power. In my previous career I had extensive project management experience and am very detail oriented. I will be sure that everything is covered and planned for. I understand the IT and software business which is a huge benefit when planning events for those types of clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I currently have only the one location, but again their are Plan Ahead Events franchises all over the world!!
Provide detailed directions to your location
I market, work and live in Orange County. I meet with my customers at their location or a the event sites.
What type of payments do you accept?
Primarily checks and credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
I primarily service companies and associations in Orange County, but I plan events all over the country!
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I do!
What are your hours of operation?
Normal business hours, however will work my schedule around my clients. When running an event my hours are unlimited.
