We purchased our first Vacation Rental Porperty in 1997
What is your primary product or service?
We provide guests with a vacation home when they are away from their home.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
People started asking me to rent our ocean view condos when they were on vacation.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We strictly only rent to short term rentals.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have three vacation homes that have ocean view just steps from the beach. We have reached our limit and we will not be adding more vacation homes to the three we already have.

We are located in Dana Point California just one and one half blocks from the Ritz Carlton. We are on the ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway and just steps from Strand Beach and Salt Creek Beach
What type of payments do you accept?
All Credit cards or checks as long as they are US Dollars.
Which areas do you service?
We have guests that come from all over the world. We advertise on VRBO.com and Homeaway.com 'International guests come to us usually from these two sites.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
It is a family owned operation.
What are your hours of operation?
8am to 8 PM

Our condos are just like their home away from home. They come happy and leave happy. To me that says it all.
