How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
When I started working in the pool biz back in 00' I found it to be a very rewarding and challenging too. I wanted to be skilled in the trade and service is something I took very serious. I wanted to be knowledgeable about water and what the ingredients were for providing quality service. Eight years of owning my own business in San Diego showed me what those basic ingredients are.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
If you want confidence that your pool will be as it should be then you want me. everyone wants to know that their pool is safe for swimming and handled by someone who they can trust with a high level of certainty. This is the type of service that I can provide for you. I know the fundamentals well. Not to mention I have a trade secret for keeping the algae out of your pool.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One. For now I will handle everything myself.
