Pro Building Maintenance, Inc., Is a Full Service Janitorial Company, Office Cleaning. We Specialize in Hard Floor Care,Stripping, Waxing and Buffing Floors. ESD Floors, Window Washing, Carpet Shampooing.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Was in charge of a large Janitorial Company in Orange County CA. This company was unable to service the customer, because they where so spread out. Pro Building Maintenance, Inc., works in only the South Orange County areas.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Most Janitorial services start out great. After a short time they then fall off. I make sure that does not happen with us because of constant follow-up and supervision.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I service all of South Orange County, CA.
