How long have you been in business?
After a successful 25 year career in sales, marketing and management, I founded my business coaching company in 2008.
What is your primary product or service?
GrowthSource Coaching provides the framework to evaluate the circumstances and challenges that stand in the way of your success. We help business owners and entrepreneurs develop their direction and provide guidance, accountability and resource support so they can focus on taking action and getting things done.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
In all of my previous management, marketing and sales roles, I found one of my most valued talents was my ability to mentor and coach other business professionals to help them achieve what was most important to them. When it came time for me to start my own business, coaching small business owners was a logical choice.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We facilitate a straight-line approach to helping business owners understand where they are and what they will need to do to put their businesses on a consistent, sustainable growth track. By investing their resources more strategically and managing their time more effectively they can grow faster and more profitable than they previously thought possible.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are located in Lake Forest, CA and work with business owners around the world.

What type of payments do you accept?
Most major credit cards, PayPal and company check.
Which areas do you service?
We are worldwide in scope but concentrated in California.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I own the Saddleback Valley location but the corporate office is in Carlsbad, CA.
What are your hours of operation?
8:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
