What is your primary product or service?
Copies, Scanning, Binding & Printing
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I came from a long line of business owners, my father, grandfather, grandmother, aunts & uncles all owned & operated their own business or companies. I knew from a young age that I would own & operate my own company doing something that I could work closely with people and technology.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Customer Service is our primary goal. We go the extra mile to accommodate our clients, the small orders as well as the large, every client is important to us.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One at the moment but plan to expand this year.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are located in the tan brick building at the Teller entrance to the Daily Grill and Melting Pot parking lot, at the corner of Teller and Dupont.
What type of payments do you accept?
Checks, Cash, & All Major Credit Cards
Which areas do you service?
We service all of Orange County, offering free deliver in the immediate John Wayne Airport area. Additionally we can receive files electronically and ship them to out of state clients.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Myself, Heather Kent
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday thru Thursday 8:30 to 5:00 and on Fridays 8:30 to 4:00
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Referrals to their friend & associates & that they like our work, our attention to detail, and are amazed how quickly we get things completed.
