What is your primary product or service?
Electrical Contractor - new home construction, remodels, commercial, service calls, lighting design, low voltage lighting, home theater lighting...everything electrical.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I studied electrical while I was in the South African Navy. I did a 5 year course then came to the states, Huntington Beach specifically, to surf and practice my electrical training.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
First off I believe in Customer Service. Our team proudly recognizes the value of our clients, referrals, word of mouth. So if you don't believe in customer service it doesn't matter how good you are. West Coast Electric strives to make the customer happy. We get the job done right the first time and offer solutions along the way. Sometimes there better ways to achieve the lighting design you want vs. what the designer put on the paper. We are there to help you along the way. We look at it as a team effort.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are Southern California based with a few jobs to help out family in chicago while on family trips.

John and he runs daily operations and observes all jobs

M-F 7am - 5pm, Saturday and Sunday as needed
