How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
20 years or so ago I was a Sparkletts water man and delivered water to a Central Office for GTE now Verizon. Over time I was fortunate to learn all about telecom. The rest is history.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
90% of our competition charges a percentage of what they save their clients. We do not charge the client a single penny. We get paid as a master agent for many carriers to include verizon and at&t. We simply go over our clients current expenditures, provide several solutions, let our clients choose what's best for their business after we've discussed the pros and cons for each cost reduction option.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Three locations presently. No immediate expansion plans.

All major credit cards

orange, riverside, and san berardino counties

It's a corp owned by three partners
