What is your primary product or service?
Our Primary Service is Premiere and Trustworthy Pool and Spa Care and Equipemnt Service.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I had a long background in the industry starting with pool service and repairs in the mid 80's. When I got out of high school this was my first job. Three years ago I wanted to start my own business and what better industry than the one I have all of my experience and knowledge in.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I prided myself on Trustworthy service. I believe there is a lot of pool service and repair companies out there that don't really care about customer interface and what the customer wants to see as far as service. These companies actually provide the bear minimum service for their time. I beleive that there is a relationship between myself and my customer and I need to communicate with the customer to make sure their needs are getting met regularly.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1 Location in Lake Forest definitely expanding. Looking to get an office with a warehouse by the end of 2009.
What type of payments do you accept?
Checks, Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Which areas do you service?
All of South Orange County, Irvine, Tustin, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I personally own the company and I run the daily operations and my wife Shelly helps with marketing and Daily Billing and accounting.
What are your hours of operation?
8am to 5pm Monday - Friday
