What is your primary product or service?
Retail glass, mirrors, showers, dual glaze replacements and retrofit windows. We also provide replacement of side view mirrors, rear view mirrors and bullseye repair for automobile windshields.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our owner is also a licensed building contractor - Byrne Construction Company - in business in Orange County for over 30 years. His expertise in all phases of building and remodeling provides invaluable experience in every facet of Mission Viejo Glass. The two companies go hand in hand as we can provide assistance in all phases of your project.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are the largest glass dealer south of Los Angeles. It is our desire to service our neighbors in South Orange County by providing the very best in customer service coupled with the latest innovations in our industry. We employ the most knowledgable staff who's sole goal is to satisfy our customers with that personal touch. We are large enough to have access to the foremost suppliers at the lowest prices and small enough to provide excellent personalized customer service.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have two locations, Laguna Niguel and Rancho Santa Margarita, with plans to expand further in the very near future.
