How long have you been in business?
26 years
What is your primary product or service?
Handmade knives made from Hi-Carbon steel.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
14 years working for a large knife Company that used to be in El Cajon. Started at the bottom in 1966 and was head of all production when I left in 1980.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Nothing like us in the area. We build a knife that does what a knife should do. Cut and sharpen with ease. Best prices for a handmade knife with the quality of the BEST.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One locations but I have dealers around the country that sell my knives.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
This is a two man and one woman operation. My wife and I own and work the business.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Thrusday 8:00 to 4:30. Friday 8:00 till 1:00. Sometimes we take off early cause it is such nice weather here. Best to call ahead. Sometimes I am at the shop on Sat. Working on ideas.
