How long have you been in business?
We started as a home based business in 1994, but in 1996 we opened our custom printing shop and hired two printers and full time in house graphic artist
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is custom screen printing of apparel. We can also help with embroidery and as of Jan 2011 we are taking orders for promotional items.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I first became interested in this line of business when I offered to help my uncle Frank who had purchased a small screen printing shop and was loosing sales due to his lack of knowledge in sales and marketing. That is my specialty, I am not a printer, but I do enjoy helping clients build a brand for scratch. After working in the industry for a few months I realized the potential of great customer service and on time delivery would have in the custom screen printing and embroidery industry, on this basis was our company business plan was formed. 18 years later jctees.com is still very concerned with great customer service and on time delivery!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
How do we differentiate our company, with above than average concern for our client's needs on their orders, for example if you place an order with us and if your deadline is Friday, we will go out of our way to be sure your deadline is met, if there is an foreseen delay, you will be notified and be kept up to date on your order, in other words great communication between us and our clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We moved into our new location in Jan. 2011 in Laguna Hills / Lake Forest area. Larger production area, plenty of office space and a customer conference room stocked with tee shirt samples from all major manufactures for our clients to browse.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept payments by business and personal checks, all major credit cards and cash.
Which areas do you service?
The areas we service, due to the internet we can help anyone anywhere in the United States via email. We have shipping accounts with UPS, FEDEX and On Trac, also with have a few courier companies that can deliver locally. But if you prefer to work with us in person, no problem stop by our office, visitors are always welcome.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The owners and founders of the company is Joseph and Shirley Donnel Bastos. Together they have build our company from scratch and have much appreciation for the many clients who over the years chose JCtees.com for their screen printing, embroidery and promotion items needs. Thank you.
