They do wonderful repair work. Had an expensive piece of European crystal and joe made it look brand new!

How long have you been in business?
Anaheim location is now the only location for Crystal Factory! We have been in business for over 30 years!!
What is your primary product or service?
Our main focus in on the engraving and personalizing of crystal and glass products. Whether it's a set of flutes for a wedding, frame for an event or corporate awards. We also do simple crystal repair! We also engrave on wine bottles, spirits and sparkling cider bottles!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My business mentor taught me the business from the ground up. He took me on business trips overseas to show me how products were made from our different vendors. Then in 2000 I bought the business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have great customer base and large corporations have been coming to us for years. We work with the customer and allow them to share their ideas and if there is a budget we do our best to fulfill what they want and need! Joe always gives his best to each and everyone! We do work for generations of families!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We only have ONE (1) location and that works well for us now.

Our major cross streets are Cosby Way and La Palma. Two major landmarks for our location are Fry's Electronics and the new Kaiser Permanente Hospital under construction off the 91 freeway. We are the third set of industrial buildings on the left side of the street, Cosby Way is a cul-de-sac.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept credit cards such as Visa, Master Card,AMEX and Discover. Or you can choose to pay with cash or check.
Which areas do you service?
We do business all over the United States having an account with UPS and Fed Ex allows us to reach out!
What are your hours of operation?
We are open five (5) days a week...10:30am to 6:00pm on Saturdays by appointment. You can reach us at our email address anytime...sales@crystalfactory.com and find us on our website...www.crystalfactory.com
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Anything word of mouth...that's how we get new referrals! Joe gives his best and then so much more to each job! We really get to know our customers...we do work for generations of families!
