How long have you been in business?

What is your primary product or service?
Anaheim Hills Family Optometry / Dr. Harry J. Charm provides vision and eye health care for the entire family. We are proud of the unsurpassed care and attention we provide for our patients. Our practice continues to grow each year because Dr. Charm understands how precious eyesight is and he takes the trust and confidence patients have given to him very seriously. How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I cannot remember a time, even as a young child, when I did not want to be a doctor. It's always been "in my DNA."
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As much as "most" eye doctors care about their patients, I think I care a bit more. My patients' welfare has always been, by far, my number one concern. Additionally, I devote an inordinate amount of time to my continuing education. I exceed - by multiples - the number of CE hours my state board mandates for relicensure. I am state board certified in the use of diagnostic and therapeutic drugs, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma and many other eye diseases, inflammations and allergies; not all optometrists are.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I am pleased to say that I have only one location. Years ago I had two, and found it difficult to provide the level of care I demanded for all of my patients. One location is the best fit for me and my patients.

My office is off the 91 Frwy at Imperial Highway. Turning toward the hills, go up the hill past Canyon High School and when you reach Nohl Ranch Rd. (about 1 mile from the freeway), turn LEFT. In another mile or so, you will come to Canyon Rim Rd., turn LEFT. My professional building location (Tellone Professional Center) will be the FIRST driveway on your RIGHT; 6200 E. Canyon Rim Rd., Suite 101.

Sunday & Monday - closed; Tuesday - 9:00 to 6:00; Wednesday - 1:00 to 8:00; Thursday - 9:00 to 5:00; Friday - 9:00 to 4:00; Saturday - 9:00 to 2:00
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Dr. Charm cares; he is thorough, knowledgeable, and answers all my questions. He really does provide his patients with health care as if he were treating his immediate family.
