How long have you been in business?
We just celebrated our 17th year in the Contract Manufacturing business here in Southern California.
What is your primary product or service?
Electronic Manufacturing Services including Printed Circuit Board Fabrication, PWA Assembly, Cable Assembly, Test, Mechanical, Box Build, BGA XRay, Materials Management, Consignment and Full Turnkey, Prototype thru High Volume.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was inspired to start my Company after visiting the Honeywell Manufacturing Factory in Phoenix, AZ. I was selling semiconductors to Honeywell and they gave me a tour of their factory. I was amazed at all the automation and knew i wanted to be in this business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I focus on OEM businesses that need very high quality complex mixed technology assembly. The more complex the project the better we can service the customer needs. The industry is very fragmented with assembly-only locations. My background in semiconductor sales and materials management allows me to offer an array of services that include a much higher level of full-turnkey, testing, integration, and other valuable services than my competitors.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our main factory location is the Tustin factory on Warner and Red Hill. We build our FAB and Cables in two other factories then ship into our Tustin location for final assembly, test, packing, and shipping. Most kitting is done in this factory with an outside parts warehouse in Temecula, CA.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Major cross streets are Red Hill and Warner, Tustin.
What type of payments do you accept?
We offer N30 to most all of our customers upon review of Standard Trade References.
Which areas do you service?
Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego. We have plans to enter the Phoenix, AZ, market soon.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Jack Quinn is the Founder, President, and CEO. EXPERT is a California S-Corporation.
What are your hours of operation?
6:30am to 5pm, M-F. Second shifts are run almost daily and weekend runs are common.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment i hear is that our Service and Quality are the best that our Customer has ever experienced.
