Don Thomas Jewelers

I moved to Anaheim in 1967. Don Thomas jewellers was just down the street. Although I didn't have a lot of money, I use to browse their store when out shopping for groceries for the week. Everything was so sparkly and shiny. One day I decided to buy a beautiful ring, lots of gold with two seed pearls, a row of small garnet stones, a row of small green oynx stones and the bottom was a row of small black sapphires. I bought several items and had a couple of custom rings made. My first ring was $100.00 and in 1979 it was appraised $1000.00. I still have everything I bought there, They moved closer to me, but sadly their store burned down. I miss Don and Sandy very much. Diane
