How long have you been in business?
Founded in 1979, incorporated in 1981; located in Los Alamitos since 1986.
What is your primary product or service?
Emergency medical supplies and equipment (pre-hospital items ranging from bandages, dressings, oxygen masks, splints, gloves, disposable sheets, blankets) items used to care for patients before being transported to a hospital for care. Also items for CERT and disaster preparedness.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Management has more than 35 years in the emergency medical field and related areas.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a full line dealer, representing more than 40 manufacturers. We also service and repair oxygen regulators and resusicators with factory-trained personnel.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Main office and 7,000 sq.ft. warehouse is located in Los Alamitos, CA. since 1986.

What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover -- NOT AMEX) and open accounts on approved credit.

Western United States, primarily the California region; however, customers are actually nationwide.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are a division of Event Medical Services, Inc. The second division of the company closed in 2005. Daily operations are handled by Customer Service Manager, Dean Grose.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.; weekends and holidays, as needed by customer.

That we have met or exceeded their expectations and emergency supply requirements.
