I have attempted multiple times since late 2014 to get a defective V groove picture window replaced. Heidi in customer service never returns calls, I have called her at least 10 times for the status of my replacement window, i have been told the window was measured in Jan 2015 and is on order. I have inquired multiple times as to when the installation date will be and left messages when Heidi is not available asking for a return call/status. The last three times I asked for a supervisor "Gilbert" I have left 3 messages for Gilbert the most recent a few days ago. To date I haven't received any return call from American Integrity and still have a fogged up picture window that obscures an otherwise beautiful view from my living room in Yucaipa, Ca. This is very frustrating for me as I do like the appearance of the window(s), but the manufacturer can't stand by the warranty and offer timely customer service so I would advise window shoppers to look elsewhere.
