How long have you been in business?
I have been in the business since 1996.
What is your primary product or service?
Addressing security concerns such as rekeying locks, repairing locks, changing combinations, opening locked doors when locked out, and improving lock security.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been in security since I joined the US Navy in 1982. The security safe guards I learned in the Navy helped me to address the concerns today. When I was in the gulf war (and since Sept 9/11), security is a major concern which helps me focus on what truely important - the safety of my customer.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have hands on experince in all aspects of the locksmith business. I work with up to date security systems as well as older systems still in place, and am able to merge the two into better more secure environments.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one location, but cover a large amount of territory, including Orange County, Los Angelas County, Riverside County, and San Diego County at times. We will expand in the future, but for the immediate future we will maintain the current business size and scope.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are a mobile locksmith organization that travels from Newport Beach to the surrounding areas. A in shop service has not yet been established but will be coming in the future.
What type of payments do you accept?
The payments we accept are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, american Express,personal checks and of course cash.
Which areas do you service?
All of Orange County, and some areas of Los Angeles County, Riverside County and San Diego County.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Jay Schmitt is the owner and runs daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
Emergency services are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, but normal business hours are 8am to 6 pm 7 days a week.
